"Hotel is slightly old but very clean with modern fixtures. Friendly staff, nice room, interesting lunar decor. Appreciate the roof kitchen being open later - good to grab a bite after a nearby concert. Will stay again if in the area."

"This place was nice the room was everything, I did experience some service issue like house keeping service. I called the front desk for tissue, towels and take the trash out, there was no tissue when I arrived. A guy walked up and brought towels but when I asked about the other things he stated,”that’s all the front desk asked him to bring”, disregarding we had no tissue to wipe with. I explain to the front desk when I went down and she stated they would take care of it. When we got back trash...

"I love this place and stay there every time i travel to Scotland. The only thing i would change would be to add room fans or a/c for the summer. Its not always necessary but when it is you miss it. "

"We booked this for my daughters 10th birthday trip and she loved it! She really enjoy the decor, playing chess, the breakfast but most of al she loved the scavenger hunt! The scavenger hunt around the hotel was the highlight of her stay"

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
