Breakfast was fabulous, again, a warm and friendly welcome from staff, a very wide delicious range of foods and drinks available. The location is amazing, so tucked away but right on the doorstep of the shopping district. Parking was a bit tricky to get to on a Saturday afternoon due to all the pedestrians but we managed it, and it was safe...

The property was beautifully appointed with modern amenities yet maintained its old world charm. I highly recommend Hotel Lucca nestled on a quiet side street yet so accessible to everything. There was a hiccup during checkout as we were abruptly told that we hadn’t paid for the room, while in fact we had. We showed the invoice and it was settled but the way this was dealt with left a bad taste. "
