"Very poor service and in dis-repair! No hot water in shower in our room and shower head sprayed everywhere when turned on. Could not take a shower. No coffee service in room. When i went down to the front desk at 6 am to tell them about the shower and to ask them about lack of coffee service in the the room, they said it is not provided but we could request coffee service and it would be brought to the room. The night desk personnel there at the time were unsympathetic and unapologetic. No coffee service in the lobby at 6am and the restaurant did not open until 7 am. We had prepaid for the room and parking and at check out were informed there was an additional $40 fee for amenities which we were not aware of and not included in the Expedia quoted price. Needless to say, we were not happy and the day manager waived the fee. They also informed us of a $60 deposit fee at checkout which will be reimbursed after check out. We will not return."

"The bed was very comfortable. However the walls are incredibly thin, which is why we could hear the folks in the neighboring room have a screaming fight at 3am. There is only a single staff person on duty (which is very typical of most hotels) and the noise happened to coincide with a large group being checked in, so we weren’t able to lodge a complaint for a while. The staff person immediately called the police when the next room guests continued to fight and things quieted. The rooms are essentially large closets. Very little space to put things. We walked all over downtown — but it felt as if we didn’t have someplace to simply relax when we came back. This wasn’t my favorite hotel experience."

"The room was great in terms of its size, but it could have been a bit cleaner - the glass topped coffee table had a lot of crumbs trapped between the glass and the metal edge which wasn't the best look."

"Very good location, upscale property, good size room and bath. If you don’t want valet parking there is a parking garage down the street. I had a very tasty breakfast in the Bistro in the hotel. I would recommend it. We also stayed here in 2019, it is still a great place to stay."

"Wonderful staff, incredibly clean. The outdoor/indoor restaurant was wonderful. The location is great as it is walking distance to everything. Just need to be aware of the crowd in the park. My family and I loved it. We will definitely stay again."
