"Loved the uniqueness and quirkiness of the room! Stayed on the "Level Up" floor in the Mushroom Kingdom suite, had a Mario Bros. theme. Huge suite, on a corner!"

"Staying at the hotel was nice. There is a $35 hidden fee that they didn't really tell us about. It is for the ameneties that they weren't clear about... I had to ask for the bottles of water they 'offered', the $10 bar token is part of this fee and I guess there was transportation included? I don't like hidden fees and I wish they were upfront about it because then I would've used what we were forced to pay for"

"Pillows were like bags of sand aka horrible. The fan in the room was so loud and kept turning on and off until I finally figured out how to turn it off completely. Terrible night of sleep because of that. "

"I think the location was phenomenal as well as the staff and the amenities. I have no complaints other than my granddaughter left her air pods in her room and we called the next day to report the item being lost. The air pods are now moving around Denver being used by someone who cleaned the room and that is a little disappointing but I would stay there again."

"This was in a nice location, allowing us to walk. The whole building was clean and felt welcoming. Minus one of our beds which had 4-5 weird stains on it, and not small stains either. Over all I would stay here again."

"The staffs and management was not helpful. I booked my trip through Expedia, and my reservation was canceled. I was then told to make a new reservation directly, but my original Expedia booking was never refunded. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I believe I should at least receive a refund for the unused/remaining days."
