"The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines."

"I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!"

"Our stay at the Wawel Queen was excellent. The hotel is a short walk to the castle and cathedral, and only a few minutes to the town square. The breakfast was really good here. "Quite a unique place - formerly a hostel, now run as an arts space and hotel (great for large families - really economical). Super location in a fascinating, historical but vibrant environment. Simple (yes, really a former hostel with several rooms with bunk-beds), clean, neat array of artwork from different countries, weekly art ateliers, with welcome hosts and a great patio cafe/bar. Filling breakfast available. Worth the visit. "

"This was a great apartment! It was exactly like the photos. Everything was in great condition and spotless - not a speck of dust, a single hair or even a fingerprint on the reflective surfaces and appliances! The windows, when closed, kept out all street noise except for the garbage and recycling. Yes, the air conditioning was odd that it was only venting from the foyer, but it wasn't hard to use like others have mentioned (and there are instructions taped right by the controls). It was never...

"La struttura è situata in un quartiere della città molto vivo, pieno di bar e ristoranti. La pulizia delle camere è ottima e lo staff è cordiale e pronto a rispondere alle esigenze. Buona posizione. In 15/20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la piazza principale. Consigliato! "
