Staff, bartender and chef were all amazing and very accommodating. They even took care of us well after the bar and the restaurant closed. For the record, make sure you try the lamb. The chef rocks!!!

Very professional and courteous staff. Newer and spotless rooms. The beds are very comfortable. The bar in the lobby is well stocked and the bartender was happy to mix up anything your heart desires. The four stars is only because there was a power outage for a while which messed up the tv. It took a long time to get it working again. This was not the hotels fault though.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary this week here and were very pleased!! Great service and clean!! Great location. We walked everywhere! We'll definitely be back!!! Only complaint was my order of Lamb lollipops at Hugo's , they were good however the size of each one were extremely small, not worth the $$$$

More Cons Than Pros

Cons : Pool is more of a puddle , only 3 pool chairs will fill up with 1 family using Parking option is only forced valet at 34 a night Beds are very hard Sound from other rooms above is very loud Pros : Good location to attractions Nicely decorated hotel Over all for the price the stay is not equivalent.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and nice. The pool is small, great for kids. The location of the hotel was a mile from St. Augustine main center. Unfortunately the bridge that connects the hotel to the old part of St. Augustine was under construction. There is another route to walk by but it’s a little longer and alongside a busy highway. There is a pedestrian path though. If you don’t mind taking an Uber or walking to town then the hotel is great for the price.
