Michelle was amazing 😍 got in late from ten hour trip and she did everything she could to make sure was was taken care of we stayed 12 left on 14th and rooms were very nice bed was very nice everything was really clean we really enjoyed our stay when we have to come back definitely will be staying here and try to get the same room if possible it was perfect 😂

We checked in and got our room and all went well. We joked about a deposit and was told we would get charged if anything happened. Got to the room and noticed damge to the bathroom door. We took pictures and reported it to the front desk. They immediately noted it and took our pictures as well to show proof to management. Very pleased how they handled the situation

the staff was very nice, room was great, but false advertist pissed me off. it was advertised that there would be a contental breakfast, no breakfast, advertised resturant and bar on site. it was closed down. very disappointed wish i could get a refund

All in all the room wasn't bad, just few things within the room was the issue. When walking around the room, the floor made my feet black within a few steps, no in-room amenities such as a room clock and telephone, there was flies flying around and little ant-like bugs were on the floor. The outside maintenance was not upheld from the grounds keeping to trash in trash cans not being emptied. The staff was polite at checkin and out
