"Great hotel. Had a nice upgrade. The room had a comfy bed and was very clean. There was an ac unit in the bedroom which helped cool the room down. The only thing was the shower pressure was very low and cut out a couple of times. "

"Stayed in Chester for the weekend to watch our children take part in the marathon. Hotel is in a great location right next to a lovely park & near all the shops and sights. Bed was so comfy and the shower was amazing! They catered well for gluten free at breakfast although a gf sausage would have been nice (they are so readily available these days) The bacon etc was "help yourself" but people were using the same tongues to pick them out as the hash browns which weren't gf. "Lovely hotel, lovely suite, friendly staff. Room was clean, room 402. Very spacious, but temperature was a little difficult to regulate. Bathroom also very cold, but it was a lovely room and we would most definitely stay agan."
