"Lovely hotel very close to the beach. We especially appreciated the on site restaurant has a vegan dinner menu and plenty of vegan options in the breakfast buffet. Our room was clean and spacious and felt much more like a comfortable and well decorated bedroom than a traditional hotel. A+"

"The location is excellent for shopping and dining and ferry access to IOW etc. breakfast is bountiful. Room was clean and bed comfortable..all ok BUT for I requested a quieter room as a light sleeper and all ok until evening when pub/club opposite the room started blasting music to 12. Disappointed that no regard was made to my request and no suggestion of a problem with the request until I was experiencing it."

"The location is great the bathroom to our room was up some stairs from the bedroom the door opened out towards the stairs covering the handrail so could be a problem for some coming down the stairs from the bathroom. "A hidden gem in a fantastic location. It doesn't look much from the outside, but this is a great hotel, a 2 minute walk from Gun Wharf and the Historic Dockyard. Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend"
