"recently stayed at your residence inn property for four nights and requested housekeeping service during my stay. Unfortunately, despite making this request, no action was taken. I also raised this issue with a different front desk staff member after noticing that my initial request had not been fulfilled. However, the matter still was not addressed. This lack of follow-through was disappointing and did not meet the level of service I expected. I would appreciate it if could look into what happened and advise how you plan to address this situation. Thank you for your attention"
