"An excellent stay, friendly staff and grear surroundings... parking was ok, but if wedding on it could be tight... certainly recommend and we will be back"
"Great location. The stack is loud but can’t be helped we slept well anyway. Mattress is comfy and great selection of tea/coffee.
Bad points: I asked for my room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. The shower water doesn’t fully drain away causing the bathroom floor to flood every time you use it. The condensation in the room was terrible. Window ledges soaked and mouldy.
For the price I personally wouldn’t stay again. From the reception it looks great but rooms need a lot of work. There is plenty of better hotels in central Newcastle for a better price.
