"Our stay was great- I was hesitant with reviews but we came in at midnight to a very kind front desk. The pool was super fun our little kids loved it. Yes it smelled like chlorine but not unbearable. Breakfast was delicious- a little difficult as there was a line and having to juggle three littles but with how busy it was the kept it well stocked! We would stay again!"

"We stayed in the game room. It was very fun! They were not quite enough lights, nor privacy curtains, to make it completely comfortable. The beds were clean and soft, and the games were fun and worked. The breakfast was basic. The staff was kind of clueless about how the Shuttle works, we needed directions because the new terminal two stop is not the same as the one in their app, but the staff didn’t know that and were unable to connect us with the driver, so it took an extra hour to get to the Shuttle. Also, it took an hour to pick us up at the mall of America: they said that they would come pick us up, but it turns out that mall pick ups are only available if there is new airport pick up eventually we gave up waiting after an hour and took a taxi… if we had understood that at the beginning, we would just have taken the taxi and saved ourselves an hour. I wish they had said. Safe, comfortable, and fun. Overall, it was a great deal for an inexpensive trip."

"The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the fact that the hotel restaurant imposed a mandatory 20% gratuity. Food there was good in the service was excellent but that was a kind of a sticking point for me. Everything was wonderful and I'm going to stay there again but I do take issue when somebody forces a gratuity on me. I did eat there and the service I had was excellent at the bar when I had dinner. But imposing a mandatory gratuity does cross the line."

"Great location for attending a concert at Target Center. It allowed us to walk to a dinner location and then to the arena. I lived the hard floors rather than carpet and the air conditioning worked fantastically. The only piece that wasn’t stellar - we booked a room with two beds and then were told upon checking in that any 3rd party website booking only guarantees a room and not a specific room type, so we were given a room with only 1 king bed. We made it work and so it didn’t put a damper on our experience."
