"I’ve been going to Vegas since the 70’s and have stayed at all sorts of hotels, never the Excalibur. This was the first time, and oh my!! The beds are amazing, checking in well, not so well on the kiosk, but I’m not technically inclined on how and why it didn’t work, so I checked in on the front desk and the “young” lady was very helpful. We at at Dicks….food was excellent, personal over the top, but I wouldn’t advise kids under 18….but we had a blast!!!"

"I mean it’s not hotel 6 so it’s got that going definitely on the over side to sleep. However our bath tub was dirty and stained so we just didn’t use it. The room was so noisy and not because of people because of either pipes or the elevator which we were no add even near hearing all the loud noise for the gears it sounded like it would break or wanted to break. I could have asked for a room Change but check in was terrible they have people go thru the line to “help” and they don’t even know what to do or were to direct people I got so upset because they kept moving me in the line out the line I finally walked up to the counter by passing all the peopl (I know jerk or Karen move) asking for a managers instead I finally got someone who decided to help and she was nice just so I couldn’t speak to the manager. Than when I tried to call customer service with my room phone no answers it took forever so that is why it was no worth the hassle to change rooms. The overall Vegas trip was fine. They have tattoo club which was nice and clean and the people are very helpful and yes I got a tattoo with my mother whom we were celebrating ,But other than that I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Definitely not a 4 star hotel as Google claims. I’ve stayed at multiple properties on the strip and this was probably one of my least favorite hotels. I was charged $25 since I arrived at 3PM, never been charged anywhere else. Fire alarm also went off during my stay for no reason which was annoying. Only booked this place for a night since it’s in walking distance to the Sphere and decently priced but will never stay again, felt kind of ghetto. You can also only connect two devices to their WiFi which I’ve never seen before. TV was also broken."
