"People are friendly and Location is great if you have business in the port, visiting or joining a ship. Rooms are clean, aircon works well and comfortable overall. Now the noise ..... I was next to the pool so the first night rained and it felt like the rain was inside my room. That combined with a Frog from hell that sang ALL NIGHT. So beds are great and great hotel if you sleep during the day. Will also appreciate better mosquito protection on the windows."

"Excellent spot if you are in transit to another island. Not really near anything. We did walked to Love Beach which was a bit far. The manager (Mica) is excellent. Drop offs and pickups for the airport are free and on time."

"Ma'am I was disappointed and completely astonished by your total lack of helpfulness, Nor did I ever say I love the room. What was there to love. I had booked on the premise that tiled floors were easy to keep dust/dirt free. The place was a building site: Junk dumped in full view, building in process, the 12000 AC too small for the space (even on lowest setting it was warm), the chest of drawers were disgustingly stained, the fridge and freezer with lights on and hot inside. The floors...

"Staff is extremely rude they act like they do not want to work . Took them 6 hours hours to fix on bathroom toilet that randomly got clogged and this was after 3 times of calling and not answering the front desk number and 3 times of walking down to the front desk . Expensive and not enough services .but the views are nice and the food at the resort is good just wish more was included in your stay for the price because you do have to pay certain restaurants."
