Overall clean but for luxury, minor details could be attended to. Like chaulk in bathroom(moldy or soap residue), plants look sick in the hallway of the club rooms, could use bug repellent plants, as the gnats and mosquitoes were rampant). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Amenities were great as well.

staff was nice. Unless you stay 5 nights no housekeeping. No amenities. Very simple but clean. The room was ok and view was nice EXCEPT there was a construction activity going on right under our window, so was noisy during day. Nothin fancy for sure, and remodeling should be happening soon, since all furniture was older. No in house coffee shop or restaurant.

Good spot in center of Waikiki. Room was cleaned. Good customer service at front desk. Free parking was the best, but going up 6 levels was a little bit of a pain. Lots of food options and shopping around. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Easy access around Waikiki.

Where do I even start…this trip was amazing. I did NOT want to leave, the location , food , & amenities turned out to be very helpful. The hotel is just a few steps a way from the beach, so someone who surfs as much as me was in heaven! If you are thinking about it , do it !
