"This is a perfect place to disconnect and recharge, does have wi-fi if you can't live without it. The staff extremely cordial and attentive from the moment I stepped into the property,the restaurant staff was just as attentive prompt. The Hacienda has a rustic touch with a modern aproach, only five minutes outside of Izamal which makes it a perfect location. "Lety and Caesar, the owners, were wonderful hosts! Our bungalow was spotless and had everything we needed. We had an issue with our car and Lety called a mechanic for us. The homemade breakfast served outdoors under the palapa was amazing! Lety even shared her lemongrass tea she had brewed that morning. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and serene. Lovely stay!!"
