"Location is good.The suite I had was large and well appointed. The best rain shower I have experienced and I travel a lot. The staff were always approachable, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was large and well appointed. The only minor point was the buffet is self serve which is normal but not the coffee (which was excellent). If you try to pour yourself a cup of coffee you get reprimanded .There is no sign saying that only staff can serve coffee and...

"Ich bin Total enttäuscht von dem Hotel. Das Zimmer sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bildern. In kalten Farben eingerichtet, Balkongeländer verrostet, keine kleinen Lampen. Entweder Licht an und im grellen sitzen oder aus. Obwohl ich das „Nicht stören Schild“ an die Tür gehängt habe, kamen die Zimmermädchen rein. Abreisetag gab es kein Frühstück. "MSH Flamingo was a great stay overall. We visited for a birthday trip and were accommodated with an early check-in and a room featuring a beautiful partial ocean view. "-very clean property/room -great food -great amenities: love they have 5 different pools -friendly staff -only one block away from the beach -probably one of the best hotels in the area -the only thing is we could’ve checked in early but this one front desk lady didn’t understand english (we asked “can we check in a little early or do we have to wait until exactly 3pm?” and she said yes). People who came after us checked in right away (around 2:30pm, while we’re still waiting in the lobby)....
