"Everything is outstanding.
Amazing staff eager to help in every way.
The food is always great. The dinner buffet was something to look forward to every day.
The hotel facilities are everything you would need.
The room was very spacious and super clean, comfy bed and clouds like pillows.
We had the best time with my wife and daughter.
Zero complaints."

"All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. We particularly liked the Italian at breakfast and lunch as it was quieter than the main restaurant. There was plenty of food.
The room was large, we had a balcony sea view room, it was clean and the housekeeper was excellent, providing a friendly service.

"Rooms were clean, staff was ok, we enjoyed the Spa. The hotel facilities are great. I loved having a scuba diving center in the resort. The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests.
The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish...

"I had a wonderful stay at Sentido Naga Bay and honestly wish I could have stayed longer.
Although I only stayed for one night, the hotel kindly upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The modern interiors and attention to detail made the entire resort feel luxurious and welcoming.
The food was also very good. As an all-inclusive guest, I appreciated that the buffet selection changed throughout the day and...
