"Whilst the hotel does not offer a lot of rooms, this is how Linda and Tony, the lovely owners, can offer a personal treatment, attention and chats - all of which were very good. All my requests or problems were addressed as soon as possible and for the best.
Breakfasts were amazingly tasty and rich.
Additionally, in my room there were a small refrigerator and a kettle, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate powder, sugar and milk.
The room and all the public areas were very clean and tidy.

"What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...

We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. "Fab place, perfect hosts really make you welcome!, stayed in rm 8 which was huge! Lots of little extras, even had an Alexa and coffee machine! Bath robes slippers. "This is the third time we’ve stayed at the Hopton hotel, it’s in a convenient location and there is onsite parking. However, what makes our stay more relaxing and enjoyable is the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. They are always making sure that you have all you need.
Breakfast is excellent, the room is clean and you have plenty of tea/coffee etc.
My one issue is the mattress is a bit hard for me, it’s just my preference. Will not stop me from visiting again!

"Very clean and tidy hotel with the room being just what you could want at the price. Clean bedding and towels, tidy room, ensuite and tea/coffee facilities. Its conveniently located 50 yards from the nearest tram stop which is a 15 minute ride to the Tower, or a 45 minute stroll along the promenade. All I would say is that the bed could do with an extra couple of pillows "
