"Lovely breakfast staff very helpful also very good service to disabled people nice entertainment each evening the rooms are clean but can be a bit small in the standard rooms"
"Absolutely first class stay. From the welcoming and friendly owners and staff to the lovely top class accommodation.
Would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are going to Blackpool. Very quiet and safe area with access to the tram about 200 yards away allowing on and off travel all day as far as fleetwood on a single ticket"
"Breakfast was mostly fresh, much preferred the service pre Covid ie teapots brought to tables not a big fan of coffee and tea machines however realise why this has been done . On this occasion parking didn’t apply to us. "
"Very friendly staff(Becky on the bar was lovely).Room was great with plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate available.Great choice of drinks on the bar."
"How this place is still open is beyond me!! The whole place smells of damp and another smell that hasn’t even been identified by scientists. the ceiling is falling in throughout the hotel, and my room had a metal rot sticking out of it. My room wasn’t cleaned bin was full of old food/rubbish, shower looks like you could catch a bacterial infection, the toilet was covered in urine etc, the beds weren’t changed. The carpet is pure filth and hasn’t seen a hoover since the 90s probably when it was put down.
The walls all covered in stains and holes and can’t forget the mould that’s growing.
When I went to say about my room not being cleaned, the “cleaner” said she would clean it AGAIN not sure what type of humour that was.
I would not stay there even if I was paid!!! It is a hazard throughout."
