"This was an immaculately clean and comfortable stay. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant had a good choice and the chef clearly takes pride in his food- great quality and lots of choice. The breakfast included traditional ootions but also good quality food. We loved the location and would highly recommend the Queens for an overnight or longer stay. We also brought out dog and we were all made to feel very welcome. "

We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. "Excellent accommodation, perfect for exploring the lakes. Just off the A66 with plenty of parking. I stayed 3 nights in the single room. It was warm, cosy and comfortable with a nice en-suite bathroom. Great food with vegetarian and vegan option. Very reasonably priced and friendly and helpful hosts, I would highly recommend. "

"This was the most incredible stay I could have asked for! The breakfast was lovely, the home felt very cozy, and she had the fire lit every evening for a warm and welcoming sitting area. The only thing I would say is, as a Uni student with no car, plan with bus routes! They only come around every hour, and the BnB is a bit remote. A lovely view of the lake, the gardens, the chickens, and the neighbors sheep! I will absolutely come here again :) "
