"We had a great stay at this hotel! The 3-person room was small yet spacious and is perfect for a family of 3 adults. The location is also nice - it's just a short walk from the JR station and there's a massive supermarket nearby (think Super Target or even bigger!), plus a convenience store right next door for any last-minute needs. They also have a public bath house on-site if you're interested in that. The staff were incredibly friendly and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze....

"The room was as expected. The Onsen, however, was surprisingly great, especially after a long flight. The breakfast included was great as well. There is a short 10min walk from the train station that wasn’t clearly marked and google maps wasn’t cooperating, but we got there. There isn’t anybody at reception but there are 2 friendly dinosaurs that my 9 yo loved conversing with. We would stay again because of the inclusion of the Onsen alone. "

"Absolutely wonderful place to stop on the way to Koyasan. I will admit when I showed up at the inn I was later than expected, had walked many miles, and was in quite a bad mood. "The shuttle feature is great from the train station, although you need to plan ahead due to its limited availability. Taxi to the property was inexpensive and affordable from the train station as well. On suite onsen and private bath is a must have feature with a clear view to the river below and the forest. "Front desk service was professional and good. Property is clean and there is no external noise. However cabins are not soundproof, so hear every steps and movement from the neighbours. And as name suggests, it’s a typical cabin to lie down or even sleep if you can. Toilets /baths are in a different floor so not convenient to walk round if you need to use them. It’s much convenient for those who need a couples of hours rest between flights or a short wait for a pick up or travel to mainland."

"We chose an adult only hotel outside Osaka because there was nothing affordable available in the city. It was located on the south side direction of Kansas airport. The room was 20 sqm large for Japanese standards. It was a basic room clean enough and had a fridge and microwave. Transport to the airport took a bus ride and the express train and took almost as long as from Namba station. Considering the low price it was a decent deal. "

"Cross X Hotel was an incredible experience for my husband and I. All the staff there were incredibly welcoming and made our Osaka experience so positive. The rooms were sized generously, the bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. The location is fantastic and 2 minutes walk from the Dontonburi attractions.
