"After choosing the all inclusive, we were very confused with how this system worked. Not one staff member seem to be able to communicate it well in english. Alot of the staff seem un interested and lack of effort to help when trying to clarify the offer. The menu included is very basic so after 2 days, your over the basic menu quickly. This place is near Kata beach about 20 minutes walk lots of restaurants and bars. We've never been so relaxed on a holiday before. The breakfast is amazing, the cooking class is a must as well.
