"We had an issue at checkout, front desk called housekeeping while we were checking out and they claimed we had minibar items (soda and candy) which is impossible because no one in my family drinks soda or likes sweets. Very disappointing as this was our only negative experience at the hotel. The front desk who checked us out had no empathy and was very accusatory and aggressive when we tried to explain that it must’ve been a mistake. Probably will not be returning here."

"The hotel is about 10 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk the metro station. The breakfast was very good but did not change much from day to day. Air conditioning worked very well even when the whole area lost power. "

"Difficult to get to. I had not realized that it was located on a small island only accessible by boat. Also, there was no sign on the hotel. The hotel was tucked away in a small alleyway."
