"Found a little visitor in our room the first night. A giant cockroach. No others to report. I informed front desk and nothing. Sunday morning the elevators went down and we had to carry all luggage down from level 4 to check out. No signs on elevator doors except the first floor so we stood at elevator for 20 minutes waiting before we were forced to take stairs and learn they were down. Breakfast was good. Everything was nice and clean. Parking is limited. Wish there was back door access with hotel key cards from parking instead of having to walk all the way to the main entrance."

"I love the design of the hotel and the rooms. I particular love the hand towel in the room black with makeup written on it, I think it was great, we all know when women wash their face at the end of the day on a white hand towel all the make up removed shows and it nisot white anymore. The only problem I have it says at the reception when we left that she could not give me a print receipt for the night since it was book through expedia"
