Traveled as a family of 4 with two children aged 9 & 11 and booked a two bedroom suite. Safe, clean, great gym, clean, great staff, and large pool. The Korean BBQ restaurant downstairs was really good as well. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"We stayed here for 7 days in April 2024. We had some initial issues getting the email with check-in information, and had to contact the online help-desk. Here, we were initially greeted by a chat-bot, but managed to communicate with real staff in the end. Even then, we had to translate messages from Korean to English ourselves. "Office staff were amazing and VERY helpful. I enjoyed my stay at SLA. Even though there is a palace and a temple across the street, I felt the area definitely had a more "neighborhood" feel and less "touristy". The only possible dings would be (1) it is a walk-up, so if mobility is an issue, it is something to think about; and (2) the nearest subway station is about a 15-minute walk away... However, bus stops are very close and plentiful and it is pretty easy to hail a cab."

"Absolutely perfect stay for me! I do not like soft beds, this hotel has the best bed quality for my needs . The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT! Their soy milk was delicious and made in the same exact style that I used to have in my childhood. They also serve FRESHLY squeezed (mandarin) orange juice and watermelon juice. "Good - Ultra spacious 3 br unit for our family of 4. Kids love having their own room. Comes with basic facilities and equipment for eating in and lounging about. Cable tv with lots of channels. Washer dryer was most heavily used. Heated flooring was heavenly. 5min walk from subway station. Service when required was good. Bad - a little old furnishings, toiletries not topped up from first day and we had to request twice during our 7 day stay. Nothing much around the area other than some...

"It was in a good location with a decent cafe, a convenience store at the ground floor, and the subway just steps away. Requested additional pillows because there was only 1 pillow for each person but we were told there were none available. Overall, a pleasant experience and would book again in the future."

"When I arrived in Korea and took the bus to the residence, I was nervous because I arrived late (latest check-in was around 11pm I believe) missed my bus stop and arrived around a little past midnight, the owner was so nice and hospitable and let me check-in after the initial time. He showed me how to use the amenities (you don’t have to use an actual key to unlock the door, it’s electronic, just put the sensor up to the door handle and it’ll unlock, it’ll lock by itself once you get inside)...

"Its ok for one or two night stay. As housekeeping doesnt sweep the floor. So after 3 nights stay, we got to clean the floor of sand and stray hairs ourselves. We had 2 beds but when housekeeping came, they only replaced one of the bed's sheets&blanket. What kind of weird service is that? Its better for a single backpacker or for people who trust each other very much cos while i am fine that the toilet door has no lock, the frosted glass separator is way too transparent- you get to see more...

"Location was convenient, room was nice. Not super spacious but well situated and stocked. Very comfortable. Construction across the street was a bit noisy and room floor and shower were not super clean. Only had 2 bath towels for 4 person reservation. "
