"Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection mainly Japanese food including pacific lobster miso soup. There was a spacious coffee/tea ( snacks) area with the same beautiful view. "We walk from Toba station to hotel a bit uphill but not too far, and just realize Hotel has shuttle bus service. Nice view hotel but not much activity in hotel and Toba town as well."
