"The staff was very nice and helpful. The housekeeper did an excellent job of keeping the room clean. Be aware that the rooms are very small by Western standards but are also very affordable by Singapore standards! I would like to suggest that the hotel consider some small changes to the rooms that would make them easier to use. Storage of luggage and clothes is a challenge. I suggest a shelf be added above the bed on the wall for small items. I also suggest that a small corner table to be added next to the bed in the corner. The last suggestion is that the metal frame for hanging clothes have a shelf added to it for storing clothes or small suitcases. I put my carryon bag up there on the frame when it was empty. "

"Room was clean and staff were helpful. I originally booked a windowless room, but the friendly reception was able to move me to a room with a window free of charge. Very appreciative "

"Excellent service and communication from front desk. Room was only to be clean once in a week, but they came by twice! Comfortable bed, cozy room with the necessities to cook, microwave and refrigerate. Standing shower, but be sure to click on the water heater, as it can be turned on and off. A/C is perfect temperature. Could use a paint job and nicer floor tiles to enhance the cleanliness of the room. But nonetheless, the hotel is clean and comfortable. There is no lift/elevator. USB outlet for charging if you forgot the charging adapter with the correct prongs. Overall, a great stay!"
