"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). "Excellent staff service, environment and experience comfortable and quiet providing a good rest. Driverless monorail to onsen was awesome with spectacular scenery. Free ice pops provided. Husband saw a deer in the grassland while using the onsen. Only regret was the food quality that couldn’t stand out."
