"The hotel is located in an excellent spot in walking distance to shopping, Pikes Market and the monorail. There's no microwave in the room, so if you have kids and need to warm up food, it's an extra charge to have put in your room. The second elevator is not working and apparently it has been down ..."

"We loved the cleanliness and the condition of the property. Our room was very comfortable and the towels were large and soft. The location of the property was so convenient to downtown area. Although 3rd Street can be a little rough due to people camped out on the sidewalk, we never felt unsafe. ..."

"The location is good...walkable to Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the ballpark. However, the room is not like what's pictured. Room was crowded. Bathrooms crowded with no counter space. Toilet was partially under sink...very odd and uncomfortable. Toilets flushed very poorly. A/C barely worked ..."
