"I felt snookered by the breakfast. It was set up appearing to be a comp breakfast ….no one seated us, no menu, no prices …we served ourselves from the array of food items. We ate. I gave the staff $20 for their service …less than a minute later we received a bill at the table…$75 for two. ..."
