"Comfortable beds, quiet, good location. Missed the amenities of a large hotel (ex. free coffee is only available at certain hours when the cafe is not open, no pool, the lounge is relatively small.) Housekeeping is not consistently done on a daily basis."

"The hotel was great. The staff was questionable. We went down to the lobby to ask for a late check-out. The man at the desk (I wish I had gotten his name, but I was so irritated I walked away) would only speak to my husband. He asked for his email, I tried to give him mine - he said "no, I am asking ..."

"We went into our room and had to leave because of the smell. The lady at the front was nice and helpful and gave us another room which was better but I wouldn’t go back. Parking is also extra 50usd per day."
