"The rooms were very nice and the hotel was able to facilitate an earlier check in for some of our party which helped. Paper cups were in the rooms rather than crockery and this for me is a negative, especially when a coffee machine was supplied."

"The tv didn’t work. I asked the first night to have it fixed but it didn’t work. The coffee maker was not working properly and the coffee came out lukewarm. The receptionist ordered the taxi and it went very well."
