The breakfast was better than other hotels at double the price. This is the best value in Wilmington, and it's not even close. We are building a home in Wilmington and will always stay at this hotel until our house in completed,"

"only one elevator working. Lots of people waiting, so i did the stairs up and down to the 5th floor. The stairwells from 5-3 smelled like smoke. The stairwells from 2-1 smelled like urine. I would prefer the smoke smell - hands down. the room itself was clean. Bed was comfy. Ice machine on the 5th floor was also broken. Its clearly an old building. It was fine for the one night, price was decent. "

"The staff was incredibly kind and accomodating. The pool area is incredible & the outdoor pool being open in March was such a plus. The rooms are cute. The TV allows you to log into your streaming services, sonmych better than just locsl cable. The breakfast was decent. I love that there is a pool table and very comfortable lounge. We will 100% be booking at TRU again in the near future! "
