Good location close to the beach, town centre, and not far from the bus terminal. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in would benefit from better curtains as there was a lot of outside light coming through the window, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay here.

Cute Traditional Hotel

Lovely traditional hotel in the center of it all. This was like a hostel for grown ups. Furnishings were a little bare, bed was a little too firm but overall lovely. The views were great. The staff was excellent.

This is an absolutely beautiful space that feels so authentic. With cozy linens, excellent pillows, and a comfortable bed. The AC is amazing. Of note: it is an extremely noisy area of town which you will be able to hear all night, so if this is bothersome, bring some ear plugs. We will definitely stay here again!

You simply cannot beat the location. A short walk to everything. This is a very “Mexican experience hotel.” Classic design with the amenities that you would expect in a Mexican hotel. Please be sure to bring some thing that will help you sleep through the neighborhood noise. I simply put my iPad onto white noise and I slept through the night. Do this, especially if you’re a late sleeper. Central air was amazing.

Nice staff, affordable in the heart of town. a bit noisy but only real issue is very little hot water for 12 rooms. in 6 days we had warm water for shower 3 times between 2 people

The only good thing about the hotel was the location, in the smack downtown. We got a room that had no window, room number 4, it looked they had build a wall and created an extra room under the staircase. It was more of a closet than a room. It was quite stuffy no ventilation whatsoever. The small restroom was smelling of sewage and we had to keep the door closed, when taking the shower the water was flowing into the room. I think it was the worst hotel room I ever stayed and I travel all the time. In another country it would probably be illegal to have a closet for a room.

Beware!

BEWARE! Nightclub next door plays super loud music until 2AM.Then, for some reason, very loud fireworks, blockbusters to be specific, go off in the early morning. These explosions are loud enough to cause car alarms to go off. Staff, although friendly, forgot to give me the AC remote until I asked. Also, no hot water in the morning, once again, they forgot to open the valve until I asked about it. Reactive rather than proactive.

I think value for the money was exceptional. It didn’t bother me that 2 of the windows in my room were in a dark alley. Still let in enough natural light and kept things dark enough that I could sleep In a bit. Staff was great. I’d def stay here again and location was top notch.

Todo muy bien sobre las instalaciones y personal, solo que se escucha todo, pisadas, voces, movimientos, etc. Pero si no te molesta el ruido, recomiendo hospedarte ahí ya que está muy céntrico y cerca de la playa.

Un hotel con una buena ubicación

El hotel es bonito y con una excelente ubicación cerca de todos los mejores lugares para salir a caminar. La habitación tenía un olor raro como a humedad, la ducha regaba el agua a la habitación cuando te bañabas y el cuarto tiene un traga luz que apunta a la hacia una lámpara del recibidor fue un poco difícil dormir con la luz la primer noche.

Por qué mejoren

Es muy desagradable, que se cataloguen como amigables con los animales y cuando lno lo sean. Y te cobren la mitad por llevarlos. Las fotos de la reserva no coinciden con las habitaciones. Ojalá realmente mejoren. Por que la ubicación es buena.
