"The cottage was beautiful, very clean with everything we needed. It was so peaceful! Hot tub was brilliant, so relaxing first thing in the morning watching the sunrise. Hosts were fantastic, great communication and really helpful. There were so many lovely places to visit in the surrounding area. Our favourites were Pately Bridge, Brimham Rocks and Stump Cross Caverns. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to everyone!"

"The hotel was great although the double bedded room was a little small also the bed The pool and spa was great and we had a massage which was excellent The food for breakfast and dinner was excellent It would have been perfect had we booked a different room"

"The Crowne Plaza in Harrogate had all the attributes you would expect of a top-class hotel, in terms of its rooms, facilities, services and so on, but what really distinguished it from similar hotels was the quality of its staff and their enthusiasm to do an excellent job. My comment applies to every staff member with whom I interacted during my week-long stay and includes: Zoltan who fixed up my room so well and so passionately, James who managed the hotel's excellent breakfast service with such passion, individuality and purpose, Mae and Gergana on the front desk and whose reception service was delivered with such care and thoughtfulness. These are just a few of the many who worked so hard every day to make this hotel such a superb place to stay. Thank you so much, I enjoyed every day and I will certainly return."

"Generally the stay was great - the hotel seems to be incredibly warm, and in the heat it wss difficult to keep the room cool. We did request a fan from reception which they brought straight up. The bed whilst the app states double when booking wss not a full double in size so was very cramped trying to sleep. No lock on the inside of the room either which had I been alone I would have asked to be moved."

"Regular yearly stay for the Yorkshire show. Rooms were noisy due to hot weather, windows open and what sounded like generators going all night. Our bathroom had definitely not been cleaned properly before our arrival, a large puddle from the shower was down behind the dirty toilet (outside) No bottled water, which we saw on the trolleys as we left 😉 Breakfast did the trick and grateful for GF bread but sausages could have done with a little longer cooking time. Grateful for the happy hour in the bar when showing show tickets and will watch out for the special menu's next year."

"The room was fine, dated and no air con but a quality fan had been provided. A small fridge with some fresh water really ought to be standard in this day and age. Noisy due to the road, and having to have the window open but bed was comfy. Disappointing breakfast from a health perspective and food quality - for example some fresh Greek yoghurt and a wider range of fruit not drowned in water would have been lovely. The sliced watermelon was delightful. All staff I met were wonderful."
