"Lovely room, a great night's sleep, breakfast was delicious in the cafe next door and the complimentary wine and chocolates in the residents lounge was a wonderful bonus. Staff very kind and helpful and it was situated in an excellent location. Would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay again."

"It's a lovely little hotel on a quiet street near a park, a short walk away from lots of great food and drink -- faves include the Copper Room, the Glen Tavern & Freddies, and in the other direction, Bobby Byrne's. Also, as this is No 1 Pery Square, do go see the museum at No 2 Pery Square, so you know some of the history of the area."

"Perfect spot for our last night in Ireland. We had a large suite for a family of four. The pull out bed was a little small for two teenagers and the mattress was thin. However, the room was very spacious. Dinner and breakfast were both great. Very good value for money. "

"I was delighted by the kindness, friendliness, and service by Katrina and Laura. We had a few special last-minute requests and they were both very helpful and made our stay fun and easy. Our room was comfortable, clean, and comfortable. The meal we 3 (me and my two young adult kids) had at the hotel was absolutely terrific — my traditional roast dinner was a highlight for sure! "The hotel was nice, the staff were spectacular. They were kind and helpful at every turn. They were able to let me change room when I requested as soon as a room with a second bed opened up. The room was nice but linoleum flooring is loud and cool; carpet is nicer but harder to clean, so I get it. Not that big of a deal but if they read these & are remodeling, keep this in mind. The facilities are aging a bit. The shower/tub is way too elevated above the floor, from a safety standpoint. The...

"Breakfast for us was not free. But saying that it was excellant. So much so we had a few evening meals there as well. Service was friendly and attentive. Every ony frow reception staff, waiters/waitresses and cleaners were all very curtious and helpful."

"Joe is an amazing host. He’s extremely helpful and always ready to offer support. Breakfast was great too and the B&B overall is cute and welcoming and very close to restaurants and bunratty castle."
