"We were in a suite. There was no mini bar, no kettle. Had to go to lower floor parlour for coffee. Only 2 hangers in wardrobe. No lock on bathroom door which was very heavy. No shower screen and water leaked from shower hose soaking floor. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Reception closes at 6pm!"

"We booked an appartment with 2 bedrooms. Lots of space. Campus is beautiful. Rooms a little 'old' but well equipped (freezer, washing machine)...Missing some kitchen tools, teapot, hair dryer etc. "

We soon then took off down the road to visit Bunratty Castle and Folk Park and spent the remainder of the day there. We went out with recommendations by Shane and it was a great choice. In the morning - breakfast was very very good and was granted an alteration to my breakfast order and he surprised me with it and...
