"Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Wish they had a gym and onsite laundry. We had to walk a block down to a local laundromat which normally would be okay but it it was snowing a lot which made it a little more difficult."
"We would like to compliment two of the counter staff who always serve us. They are Ms Tazawa and Ms Kohira. thank them for helping us to settle our problem."
"This is definitely our favourite hotel in Sapporo. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location. You just can’t get better. Rooms are extremely comfortable, with good bedding, and all required amenities. When the room heating gets too hot in winter, you can get staff to open the window slightly. This is extremely helpful. We’ve now stayed here twice, and will return again."
