Excellent stay for families

Great stay! Very kid friendly. Daily foam party in the kiddie pool, 60 cms deep. 5 kuai beers. Lobby bar is a good time at the end of the day. Beds were acceptable for western standards and the seafood buffet was excellent. Our 2 night stay turned into 6. Excellent stay in the Ramada.

Not bad, but I wouldn’t stay here again

This stay was all over the place. I’ll start with the pool. Good sized, swim up bar not in service, intermittently loud Chinese music, teeming with families, lots of good lounge chairs. Good breakfast, even if it felt like a war zone at times. I was originally in the Ramada side, but after seeing that the bed felt like a slab of stone, I was upgraded into the Wyndham side (MUCH better). The location, however, was what killed me. It was so remote, and because of the lack of dining options, I decided to check out early. Not a bad place, but definitely not a place for singles.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt im Ramada Plaza war sehr schön! Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sehr sauber. Auch die Poolanlage war ein Traum! Der Busshuttle, welcher vom Hotel gestellt wurde, hat es uns ermöglicht schnell und einfach an den privaten Strand zu kommen. Im Großen und Ganzen ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt 👍

Book the Wyndham not Ramada by Wyndham

I booked 2 separate reservations to stay at the Ramada by Wyndham because the reviews on hotels.com are higher than the Wyndham. I saw that both hotels were exactly the same address. I called the property number and was told they were the same. So, I booked the room with free breakfast. I showed up at the hotel only to find out they are the same location with the same management and facilities and the reservation excludes breakfast regardless of my confirmation from hotels.com. In steps the manager. She takes me to the room and explains the breakfast situation. She reads the confirmation and checks her books only to find out that on their side they don’t offer breakfast and the site is wrong. The service in the hotel is so good that she didn’t want to have my family suffer and gave us a pass for the five days. It turned out the pass was an upgraded dining hall with quiet vip service and a full breakfast. All of the service at the hotel is top of the line and well trained from management, housekeeping and children’s playroom. The room in the Ramada is mediocre and doesn’t match the facilities. It’s a single. AC, hard bed and mostly dated. On the first night we heard a strange noise. I went outside to find out that our room was surrounded by bird nests. I immediately spoke to management and the next morning they moved us to the Wyndham. This hotel is completely different with an updated room. Thank you for giving us an excellent vacation. Beautiful facilities and view.

하루정도만 묵으세요.

호텔 방크기만 장점. ab동은 윈덤 c동은 라마다 . 저는 c 라마다 동에 묶었고 리뉴얼이 안된 동이다 보니 샤워부스 바닥은 물때가 많고 화장실문 뒤로는 문에서 나온 찌꺼기가 엄청 많았으며 호텔 바닥은 뭔가 끈끈해서 신발에 무언가 쩍쩍 달라 붙는 소리가 늘 났어요. 침대는 아이와 3명 잠자기는 넓었지만 자고 일어나면 개운하지 않고 허리 아팠어요. 수영장은 크지는 않지만 매우 작지도 않구요. 조식은 한국인 입맛이 맞는 음식 찾기는 어렵네요.

Fantastisk Hotel

Fantastisk hotel. Dejlig pool til både voksne og børn og tæt på en dejlig strand. Komfortable værelser med en direkte udsigt over havet. En fantastisk morgenmads buffet, og en fantastisk aften buffet hvis man ønsker dette. Alt fungerer perfekt og med et super market lige neden under hotellet. Dog var der lidt mangler med WiFi på værelserne i den del hvor vi boede.

離機場近的酒店

離機場很近的酒店，也因為太近所以國際機場外的所有計程車都拒載，要走回國內機場那邊打車。酒店服務人員都很nice，酒店房間很大，也幫我們免費upgrade，泳池也算大，環境很好。房間浴室去水位塞，沖涼都水浸，食物一般，可是在三亞來說已經算好。有酒店的專屬沙灘，可是距離比較遠，有酒店專車去。
