Incredible hotel and staff. One of the nicest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. As always, there's a bit of a language barrier, but each member of their team tried their best, and was always quick to grab someone who spoke enough English to get by. Baris and Lawrence were very helpful throughout my stay. Service was on point from start to finish. I was here for about a week so I spent a lot of time comparing various hotels, and I'm really happy I ended up at Rosewood.

我觉得本身酒店各种硬件设施还行，就是有一点挺不好，房价将近2000，你说连个自助早餐都不包含，这一点对我来说挺不好，像三亚其他五星级酒店都有早餐包含，唯独这一家没有，我是来最后住这一家酒店的，未免有一点小失望，但是服务还算挺好的。

Although we have known the Rosewood brand for a long time, we were still surprised by the Sanya resort. We’ve been to Rosewood in London, Beijing and Tuscany and the Rosewood Sanya is a fantastic addition to the list! A big thank you to all the staff who provided a magnificent holiday experience for us. We didn’t leave the hotel for even one day and were very happy spending our days by the pool. The food is fantastic, especially the European restaurant which offers great steak with a perfect environment. Also we won’t forget the signature Negroni! The sky pool is truly an art piece and we spent seven days in and around the pool. The spa is a great way to relax after a long flight. Perfect hotel for couples to spend a lovely holiday together. A MUST GO HOTEL IN ASIA.
