"What an outstanding hotel. It was out first time in Lisbon and chose the hotel for walking proximity to attractions, metro and train stations. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. Our room was extremely clean and well furnished with a stocked fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast was wonderfully elegant with staff in suits or tuxes. The food was extremely fresh with a variety of hot dishes, pasties and fruit. The coffee was excellent. Breakfast became a morning event for us as the dining hall was quite elegant - a great way to start the day. The bar was fantastic and the architecture and ambiance elevated our cocktail experience. The hotel was an easy walk to restaurants shops and bakeries - just a fantastic location. It is next to Rossio station making a day trip to Sintra effortless. Ubers were easy to get and pulled up right to the door. All in all, we felt the hotel elevated our Lisbon experience and greatly added to a 10/10 visit to the city and region. We were impressed by how the hotel staff worked to make the stay effortless with an evening turndown service accompanied by chocolates and a variety of bedtime treats. All in all, a well done stay and 5/5 stars!"

"The reception staff was amazing and responsive regarding booking tours, transfers, and recommendations. The rooms were nice. I wouldn’t choose avoid the ones faci g the street as the trolleys are quite noisy. Would recommend and stay again. Would definitely request a tour with Nuno. He was thorough and organized."

"Great breakfast, attentive staff. The hotel is well looked after and has its own spesch. The pool could have been a touch warmer but still nice for some. Sauna etc. clean and relaxing."

"Staff were nice and helpful. The pool unfortunately wasn’t clean so I didn’t let my kids swim in it. Room was pretty clean, cleaner came around daily I believe to freshen it up. We did run out of paper towel and they didn’t have any it was on order. There were random splashes on the walls that could probably be cleaned up. Beds were clean. Location great!"

"Perfect location,we walked everywhere. Tons of nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to come back to Lisboa."
