"Fantastic Stay - We'll Be Back! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so warm and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also great – top-notch, lovely! We are already planning on coming back again."

"Beautiful property and great breakfast, wish there were more dinner dining options around the property, need to drive at least 10 minutes for nice restaurants"

"The staff were all very friendly, and the room was well set up for a family. The box full of reusable items left by previous guests is an excellent idea, we needed some after sun, and there was some in there."

"Clean room and excellent breakfast."

"Very friendly staff. The room is meeting the requirements of having a bed and a bathroom. I like simple hotels when I travel for leisure and this is it. Great location."

"Staff was excellent and helpful, the manager was extremely accommodating with our stay and explaining things to us. The bar tender manager Jesus was exceptionally helpful along with his staff. Food was excellent and fresh daily. The beach access is superb and beautiful views and pool. We will definitely come to this place again for our group family vacation’s. We the MATA’s appreciate each and everyone at the Grupotel Picafort. Thank you for an exceptional stay!"

"Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was fairly basic but perfectly adequate. Food in hotel was varied and of good quality."

"Staff was very nice and the property was kept very clean. It was as described before we booked. We would stay at the hotel again."

"Such a lovely stay. Thank you so much to all the staff!"

"Everything was above the expectations of what I expected. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help get transportation to a restaurant in port pollencea for a special occasion. You could tell rooms were recently redone and the bed was very comfortable. Food and service was extraordinary and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. Want to bring the whole family there next year to share the experience"

"I was a solo traveller & the hotel & staff met my needs"

"The room was lovely and clean. The aircon took a while to get going, but once it did it was great, especially as the temperature outside was 35C. Room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels provided. Reception staff were very helpful and spoke better English than my Spanish 😁. For a short three-night stay it was fab."
