"Had a fire alarm go off 4 of the 8 nights we stayed. All in the middle of the night with no check-ins from hotel staff about building safety or proper fire code policies. "Great location with plenty to do within walking distance. The pool and beach areas were excellent, and we always found chairs available. The lobby has an amazing atmosphere and is arguably the liveliest spot in all of San Juan. We’d definitely stay here again!"
