"A decent stay. The room was spacious with a view, which we appreciated. That said, the hotel is situated at a higher elevation, so the walk from the train station is quite a hike — something to factor in, especially with bags or after a long journey. The most unpleasant part of our stay was discovering that the bathroom had a hatch connecting directly to the neighboring room. Our neighbor happened to be quite ill, and we could hear everything — every sound, every moment of discomfort. It made for a very uncomfortable night and a real lack of privacy. This is definitely something the hotel should address."

"This family-run small hotel is well worth the small price I paid. The shower has large volume of hot water, and the room has heating at night. The morning breakfast has fresh fruits, scramble eggs, cheese and drinks. Henry, the Host, is very friendly and accommodating. He allows us to wait for the train in the lodge after we checked out."

"The place has a beautiful view and the swimming pool is super for the hot weather. The breakfast is not bad. The only problem is that there is no AC, only ceiling fans, and rooms can get hot. You can open the balcony doors but depending on the season there are many mosquitos that won't let you sleep. Besides, the wifi is not very good."

"I stayed for three nights. The room was big and very comfortable. The shower had excellent pressure and there was always hot water. The view of the river from my 4th floor room was stunning. However at night it was a bit noisy. The town is buzzing in the evening and the hotel is on a busy walkway and next to a couple of bar/restaurants."

"Beautiful hotel overlooking the river. Met at station and luggage taken to hotel. Staff very helpful. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was not the best. Would recommend. "

"Breakfast was good and it’s convenient that it begins so early! Good location on the river. No 24/7 coffee or tea is a downside. Also, it’s misleading I think in the ad that the hot springs are inclusive or at the property - this isn’t the case."
