"Good hotel to stay with free breakfast. Convenient"

"The outside of this property was nice but the inside did not match. It is definitely an older hotel but it’s about time some updates were made. There were stains on the carpet and furniture, the room had a musty smell, the back of the bathroom door was dirty and the shower wasn’t the cleanest. The breakfast was lack luster, the was a sign for scrambled eggs but it was a platter of pancakes. Coffee was also very weak and watered down. I’m gluten-free so I’m use to not being able to eat out, but some more options would have been nice. I can at least have potatoes at hotels when they offer breakfast. We were only here for one night so we dealt with it all, but will not stay here again. I’ve had good experiences at Hyatt in the past so this as a big let down. The positive thing about this stay was the front desk ladies, both of them were lovely and so friendly. The other perk was free parking, which is hard to find nowadays! "

"Overall stay was fine. One elevator was down but fixed promptly. The WiFi did not work for the three days we were there. They were aware of the issue and were trying to resolve it Staff were very friendly and helpful! "
