The first part of our group checked in early. When the second group arrived. Staff just gave key access without checking ID. We choose this hotel because of name status. It did live up to the name nor the cost.

Ciqala Suites Hotel
It is in a good location. The staff were very welcoming and the check-in was done smoothly. The breakfast was ok, considering it was free due to us staying there. The room could have been a bit more clean, especially the refrigerator, and oven. The sofa was a bit worn out, so maybe updated furniture ...

Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences
As is every property in Puerto Rico, its over priced. But its nice, its new, the staff is excellent but the area is just ok. The bathrooms are baths, no room...but overall its very nice. But again, room rates in PR are insane lately.
