"Only one lift was working, which was annoying. Also room doesn't have microwave and no lock on bathroom which is very odd for family friendly hotel :(."
"The beach view and property location great. The property just needs a little TLC. We had a wonderful time and the beds are comfy. The pool.. building and rooms just need a little update. But overall still a good place. Puerto Rico is so welcoming"
Condado Palm Inn San Juan, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"We only stayed over night but check in was fast and Emmanuel was super friendly and very helpful when we asked for dinner recommendations. The room was small but comfortable and very clean with a nice view of the ocean. Typically we travel to San Juan three or four times a year for a long weekend and I would say that we will definitely stay at this hotel again. It’s not directly on the beach but has an ocean view with the beach being on a very short walk. We didn’t use the pool or the hot tub. It’s a small area but well designed for relaxing during a stay at the hotel. Thanks again Emmanuel for being so welcoming!"
"Todo nos gustó y estuvo fantástico. Lo único fue en la barra de la piscina me cobraron una cantidad exorbitante por una margarita. En la salida lo protesté me hicieron el ajuste. Uno debe de estar pendiente en las facturas."
