My stay was a good stay. It's super close to a lot of San José's best spots around. They also offer excursion packages if you forgot. Breakfast was great and convenient. The room is small but very clean.

Very good hotel in excellent central location. My room was clean and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were also very helpful re luggage storage as and when needed. The only problem I encountered was noise from elsewhere in the hotel (which is not the hotel's fault)

Great spot downtown close to the central market, museums, and buildings to tour. I recommend finding out what is happening at the National Theater and get tickets online. It is just a few blocks away. We ended up seeing the National Symphonic Orchestra and the next night a Calypso performance. Many of the front desk staff know English. The free breakfast was tasty and easy on the tummy. I highly recommend this place. The mattress was reasonably comfortable - pretty firm, but I like a pretty firm mattress. My back didn't feel sore after sleeping all night 😀
