The hotel appeared to have been recently refurbished. The restaurant staff were quite efficient and friendly. The front desk was just ok. The food was good, not excellent! The location was very nice; close to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is new so the gym and pool were not operational. The hotel is located in the popular Escazú area near some shops with plenty of restaurants nearby. Good for a stroll during the day. I would definitely stay again on my next biz trip to San Jose.
